RETURN & REFUND

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The seller's return policy, for products marketed on our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods or the last good, if it is a contract concerning multiple goods that the consumer ordered with a single order and that are delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item from your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, never worn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request within the specified time frame will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lively of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) to the following address "contact@parislively.com". You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
You will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
3. RETURN POLICY
To meet the cancellation deadline, you simply need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
This will allow us to assess the issue and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
By exception to the preceding point 1, certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following cannot be returned, and therefore, cannot be refunded:

perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);

customized products (such as special orders or made-to-measure items);

personal care items (such as beauty products).

hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Finally, sale items (if applicable) and gift cards cannot be returned either.
EXCHANGES
The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered on our website.
If you wish to obtain a different item from the one that was ordered, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item that is not suitable.
4. WITHDRAWAL FORM
If you wish to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact our customer service, request and download the Lively return form, fill it out, and email it to us with proof that you actually purchased the product from us. Thank you very much. Once your request is received, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of your right of withdrawal and provide you with the steps to return your products to our warehouse. The withdrawal form is not mandatory.
5. PRODUCT RETURNS
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us via email, you will receive a return address to which you can send your products back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
6. REFUND
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract.
Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to informing you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know if your refund due to this return has been approved by the Seller. In the event that the Seller approves your refund request, the amount paid for the returned item(s) will be automatically credited to the same account linked to your original payment method. Please note that the processing of this refund by banks and various payment organizations is subject to their own timelines, which we cannot control.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request.
If your request is approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method ; in any case, you will incur no fees as a result of the refund. We may delay the refund until we have received the customized goods or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the customized goods, whichever comes first.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. A processing delay is often required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, out-of-stock items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@parislively.com
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you returned the item.
